You can ask us to delete your Splash Bash account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request and what happens to your data.

So we can find and verify the right account, please include:

| Analytics records tied to your identifier, including Mixpanel, Firebase / Google Analytics, and Adjust | Deletion requested from those providers where technically feasible. |
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or to prevent fraud, for example minimal purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or audit purposes. These are kept only as long as required and are not used to rebuild your game profile.
Purchase records held by Telegram, Apple, or Google are controlled by those platforms. To remove data they hold, please also use their account and privacy tools.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by reply once your data has been deleted. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, and your progress and any unused virtual items will be lost.
